Meet Itumeleng Skhosana, Team Manager.
Itumeleng’s diligence and positive attitude have seen her chart an impressive career with eCOGRA spanning 10 years.

  1. How long have you been with the company?

I’m proud to say that 2024 marks my 10th year with the company, a journey that’s been filled with growth, learning, and meaningful experiences.

  1. How has your role evolved over time since you’ve been here?

From Game Tester to Team Manager and to exciting new opportunities with eCOGRA on the horizon!! I started off as a game tester with very little knowledge about what the company does. I was determined to learn and was fortunate enough to have mentors who I could depend on over the years to provide me with guidance. Now, as a Team Manager, I find fulfilment in guiding and supporting my colleagues to reach their full potential in their roles.

  1. What do you like most about the work we do here?

The work we do ultimately protects players whom we are unlikely to ever meet. It’s incredibly satisfying to know that we can make a difference in someone’s life without ever having direct contact with them.

  1. What are your goals for the next year?

Professionally, my primary focus for the next year is ensuring that my team consistently surpasses client expectations. There’s a genuine satisfaction in knowing we’ve not just met, but exceeded, our clients’ needs.

On a personal level, I aim to continue my journey of self-growth and serve as a positive example for my sister.

  1. What is the one thing that our clients don’t know about you that they would be surprised if they found out?

I’m a new plant mom. It’s a newfound passion that brings me immense happiness outside of work.

  1. When you were 5 years old what did you want to be when you grew up?

I don’t remember what I wanted to be when I was 5 years old, but I most likely wanted to be a teacher. My mom and almost everyone else in family are educators so that probably would have made sense to me then.
