  1. How long have you been with the company?

I recently celebrated 6 years with the company!

  1. How has your role evolved over time since you’ve been here?

I joined the company in 2018 as the IT Manager and the only full-time dedicated IT resource. Since then, the company and my team have grown, I have since moved into the Head of IT role.

eCOGRA’s needs have continued to evolve as the company has grown, which in turn has given myself and my team great exposure to exciting new technologies and processes along the way. If I think of how far we have come as a company, it has been an exciting journey.

  1. What do you like most about the work we do here?

We are privileged to work in a very exciting industry that is continually evolving. I enjoy the fact that we continually strive for excellence in all we do. We are fortunate to have very talented and passionate employees.

  1. What are your goals for the next year?

Professionally I would like to ensure that myself, my team and eCOGRA are well prepared as we continue to grow in the industry.

Personally, I would like to remain grounded and spend more quality time with family and friends. Do more things outside of work that challenge me.

  1. What is the one thing that our clients don’t know about you that they would be surprised if they found out?

I have always had a fascination with flight since I was a child. I used to have my paragliding license up until the birth of my daughter.

  1. When you were 5 years old what did you want to be when you grew up?

I can’t recall exactly but I did have a strong love for cricket and tennis as a kid. Most likely a professional sportsman of some kind.
