- How long have you been with the company?
I joined on 12th January 2015, which will be 10 years in January 2025.
- How has your role evolved over time since you’ve been here?
I started as a Games Tester in January 2015 and was appointed HR Manager in January 2018, primarily to facilitate the company’s increasing recruitment needs, but also to develop the HR Department to be a more centralised entity with standardised practices across the offices.
- What do you like most about the work we do here?
Having started in the Games lab, I was introduced to the scope of eCOGRA’s service offerings and over time came to understand the role eCOGRA plays in the regulated gambling industry. I also assisted with disputes (ADR) for a number of years, while in HR, dealing with player disputes, and which closed the loop. I respect eCOGRA’s impartiality and providing services in aid of player safety. The company continues to renew itself and each day brings interesting challenges and opportunities.
- What are your goals for the next year?
To keep an open mind, keep learning and to do my best each day.
- What is the one thing that our clients don’t know about you that they would be surprised if they found out?
I find joy in simple pleasures.
