I understand that an accredited ADR mediator will within three weeks of receiving the dispute inform me, together with the reason, should eCOGRA decide to decline the dispute. Alternatively, the accredited ADR mediator will make every effort to conclude the dispute resolution process within ninety days of receiving all relevant information to complete the case file.

You must complete the operator's internal complaints procedure and have made all reasonable attempts to negotiate a solution with the operator before submitting an ADR dispute form.
