Our Games Testers are energetic and detail-orientated individuals performing compliance testing of fully developed online gaming software for compliance with regulatory requirements, in line with eCOGRA’s testing methodologies. Working as part of a team, these individuals are exposed to in-depth training to equip them for high quality testing in a dynamic, fast-paced and specialised industry.

The Data Analyst Team Lead brings it all together through the statistical analysis of challenging problems to reinforce, evaluate and improve product quality. Amongst applying a risk-based audit approach to random number generator evaluations, analysis of game mathematics and return to player verifications, the Data Analyst Team Lead manages projects and service delivery. Due to the rapid development of technology and continuous demand for innovative gaming concepts, this role builds on the individual’s Big 4 audit experience with exposure to a challenging and stimulating environment.

The role constitutes the planning and performance of onsite audits involving extensive international and local travel, client management activities and evaluating and reporting on compliance risks, amongst other responsibilities. The successful candidates have had experience with a Big 4 audit firm and will be exposed to a variety of regulatory compliance projects, working with global companies at the forefront of information technology.
